Welcome to THE PRO FINANCE. By applying for, using, or accessing our loan services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

THE PRO FINANCE provides financial services including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, MSME Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Car Loans, Project Loans, Machinery Loans, Working Capital Loans, Education Loans, Agriculture Loans, and Balance Transfer & Top-Up Loans.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Applicants must meet the income and credit requirements as per the loan type.
  • Additional eligibility conditions may apply as per loan category and lender policies.

3. Documentation

Applicants are required to submit valid identification, address proof, income proof, and other necessary documents as requested. Submission of false or misleading information will result in rejection of the loan application.

4. Loan Approval & Disbursement

  • Loan approval is subject to verification, credit assessment, and lender’s discretion.
  • Approval time may vary based on loan type, applicant’s profile, and documentation completeness.
  • Disbursement will be made to the applicant’s verified bank account only.

5. Interest Rates & Charges

  • Interest rates, processing fees, late payment penalties, and other charges will be disclosed prior to loan sanction.
  • Rates are subject to change based on market conditions and lender policies.

6. Repayment Terms

  • Repayments must be made as per the agreed EMI schedule.
  • Late payments may attract penalties and impact credit scores.
  • Prepayment or foreclosure may be subject to charges as per lender policy.

7. Loan Against Property & Secured Loans

  • For loans secured by property or collateral, the asset will remain under lien until complete repayment.
  • In case of default, the lender reserves the right to take possession as per applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Lenders

THE PRO FINANCE acts as a loan facilitator and may connect customers with third-party banks or NBFCs. The final loan agreement is between the applicant and the lender, and their terms will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE PRO FINANCE is not responsible for any losses, delays, or rejections arising due to incomplete applications, inaccurate information, or lender discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. Information will be shared only with authorized partners for processing loan applications.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
